I agree with some of the other posters, get a muzzle for her. But don't use it as a permanent solution, or leave it on for very long. What I would do is get a muzzle for her, then call a dog trainer or behaviorist to set up an appointment, then continue with your daily routine until your appt. Whenever you take her for a walk, or she's exposed to children, make sure she has the muzzle on as a safety precaution. Then after seeing the trainer, you do what he/she has suggested, and soon your sweet staffyXdalmation mix will be back to herself.

Definitely get a muzzle. It is very strange for her to bite at them without provokation.

I agree with everyone else. A muzzle for now, but a trainer would also be a good choice.
