Default the naughty dog

last night i put my dogs outside while i was cleaning my floor, i hooked my oldest one out because she has a tendency to run, i let my younger one go free, he hardly ever runs off, i looked out they were still there, i looked out again 5 mins later and they were gone, i went out to look for them and saw them crossing the road, a dangerous situation on my steet, they have never crossed the road before, upon further inspection it seems that my younger dog had chewed through my older ones wire hook to set her free. he truely is a naughty dog

UGGHH. My dogs did that to me just the other day. My Dane and goat crossed the road together (NEVER DID THAT BEFORE and always acted scared to death of the road when I would run down & check the mail) and went into the farmers field. The farmer came and got me... because sometime within the time of me running into the bathroom for a minute and walking back outside to see the farmer comin up my driveway they left. Our road is dangerous.

When I went to get them in the field they darted across the road..didn't even stop for one second for me to stop them to walk them across. I was so thankful no one came down the road because my dog (or goat) would have been hit.

I am glad that your dogs are okay!! The scary positions they put us in sometimes. Just like kids. lol. Now I know never to second guess my dogs when it comes to anything.

Dogs are unbelieveably clever like that. I can't believe he helped your other dog escape. My dogs have thankfully never wandered off to be naughty. One of them likes to go explore, but he's usually pretty smart about roads.
