How have you gone about housebreaking him so far?

How much exercise and mental stimulation does he get regularly?

Hi

I have an 11mth old WT. They are definitely not an easy dog and are hard work but well worth it. Mine is now house trained but there were times I thought we were never going to get there! We use the verbal command "pee pee" every time we took him out to go and when he did go. We used newspaper in the house and encouraged him to use this but to be honest he went anywhere, rarely on the newspaper. We just kept on trying and eventually he got the hang of it, however my carpets really suffered!!!!

As for energy as a breed they are renowned for high levels. I rarely manage to completely tire mine out! We take him for two walks a day, always, to help with this. In between he has access to the garden whenever he wants and tends to tear around out there as well.

We are experience aggression issues currently with grooming and when he picks something up he shouldn`t have. We had two minor biting issues recently which concern me so if anyone has any advice on this I would be grateful. Normally he is sociable and no problem but he can be aggressive in these two situations.
