My New Puppy won't go outside
I recently bought a 5month old Bichon Frise From a Breeder who kept him in a cage and didnt take him outside to relieve himself She told me he wasnt trained to do so...My Problem is when I take Him outside for hours he just wont go..When i go to work i keep him in the kitchen with a gate and that is the only time he will go i have him trained to go on the puppy pads but thats the only time and place he will....I'm really running out of ideas and dont know what else to do i even went as far as putting a dirty pad in the yard and taking him to sniff it and praying that he goes but no such luck, he sniffs and then just walks away..I am very desperate I'll take any suggestions one might have......
