My 1 year old boxer has been acting very tired and whinning a lot. We also noticed when he is sleeping he smells like he is sweating a urine odor. Does anyone know what is wrong with him? We have an appointment at the vet on tuesday.

His breath does not smell like urine. I also dont think he is peeing in his sleep because there is nothing wet. But it feels like it is sweat because his stomach feels wet.
He just threw up all food when we got home. He has a vet appointment tuesday. Is this too late. This is my first dog so I am worried.
