Default Potty training

Hi y'all...
I have a 4 month old boxer named Joy. She's been with me for one month and a half and ever since she stepped in my house she has been doing her needs all over the place. My carpet no longer looks the colour it originally was and the smell is becoming stronger. Everytime she pees I tell her a big "No" and show her to her newspaper..but it seems like she doesn't understand... What to do???

Keep Joy on a leash inside the house and keep her with you at all times! Even when you use the bathroom! I had to take my 4th month old dog (now 2) everywhere and when I couldn't watch her, she was in her crate. Take Joy out as soon as you wake up, after she eats and drinks, after she wakes up from her naps, and every 2 Hours! Say, a que word like "Potty" and when she "go's" praise with treats. I don't recommend Newspaper training because it can confuse the dog. Just take Joy outside in the yard.
