sometime when my dog gets playfull he starts sniffing my boyfriend and starts biting at the back of his coller on his shirt and trys to drag him around, we stop him from doing this, its not really a big problem more funny then anything i was just wondering if anyone new why he might be doing this?

I figured it was somthing like that, its wierd though he only does it to my boyfriend.. very rarely will he do it to me! he does chase his tail too. usually only if we start grabbing it and showing it to him its like he doesnt know its part of his body.. lol.... he also loves it when one of us hides under a blanket and the other one goes.. wheres (who ever is under the blanket) he goes mad trying to get at us.. its pretty amusing i guess for a dog!

Our GSD goes for our pant legs or our feet. And yes, we somehow encouraged this by either moving happily, or laughing and making it seem like a game. My husband, does NOT like this happening, and he just says in a deep growly voice, leave it, enough. So, now, Rex only attacks feet or legs when husband is not in the house. FYI
