Default Adding to the mix-wild girls

Hello.
I am the owner of 3 dogs, German Shepard mix male (fixed), age 3, female Alaska Husky mix (fixed), age 2 and a 1 yr old female lab mix puppy (not fixed). The "girls" are very playful and outgoing bordering on overwhelming when meeting new dogs. They tend to gang up on any other dog they meet, and end up getting in a fight or scaring the other dog away. I am wanting to get a Miniature male dog pom/Chihuahua mix -but am concerned that the girls may be too rough with him.

I'm hoping that when I get the female puppy fixed it will help with some of the problems; but am still unsure-should I wait on getting a new puppy? How do I deal with the girls?
Any help would be appreciated. My thanks in advance.

Tamsyn
