Default new puppy problem

Hi

I have a 3 year old labrador boy and I just adopted a 4 month old westie girl, they basically spend most of the day together inside my room and the backyard (both connected) they get along pretty well, you know they play and hang out all day long BUT I have noticed that many times when the westie is peeing (in the backyard) the labrador pees on her or very near her, so she gets pee in her body

This is a problem because i have had to bathe her twice this week I have catched him in the act and said "no" to him very firmly, he understands the meaning of the word but it hasnt worked for this behavior in particular

Is there something I can do about this? they are going to spend at least three years toghether (until my brother moves out, as the labrador is his)

Please help me

its funny actually the little one growls at the lab when he wants to get a toy she is chewing on and she gets her way, she also claims his bed at times even though she has her own (wich she loves btw).

As for the feeding, well she still eats three times a day and the lab only eats once, so that it's going to be hard as he knows she is eating and he isn't. I will try to take him out when she eats and will feed him first when both eat at the same time
