My nine week old yellow lab puppy likes to stomp in the small water bowl then pick it up with her teeth and pitch it across the room. Have tried various sized bowls, weights but none works. I have tried just giving her water then putting the bowl up . Any suggestions?

i had a cat that once used to do this. and my pup did it for a while too. if weights aren't working, personally, i'd rig a contraption of some sort. some dog bowls come with stands. a stand might be able to stop the pup from getting it's paws into it the dish because its too high up. but it could result in it just tipping over if the pup is that atimate about playing in the dish. as for the throwing it across the room, hmmm... my dog just stopped doing it after a while. only things i can suggest are correction and reinforcement.
