hello Everyone, am brand new to this nice place...and am already in need of some help..., my wife rescued a puppy from teh street as she had done before, and brought it home, as it happened with the first one we grew fond of each other and decided to keep it, we live in Costa Rica and decided keeping him was the thing to do, however he is just a pup we took him to the vet 5 days ago and told us he is about 4-5 months, and seems to be a mix boxer with a labrador, nice fellow...but here is the thing...


He goes potty alot, and we live on a 2 floor as for right now, we wont be moving for another 3 months or so, i dont mind at all taking him out as many times as necessary but we yelled a bit a few tims he went potty inside teh house, as well as spank himlightly in the butt a few times since he goes so much, now am afraid that it has gone to the pont that he wont do it in front of us, so it doesn't matter if i take him out for 2 hours, and get home and he will do his business in about 10 min of reachjing home, i would like to hear some ideas to encourage him to go potty with me around so i can praise him when hen is outside, thanks for the help in advance!.

its not liike we hit it, i said spank...lightly obviously...but hey "thanks for the help", he doesn't urinate out of fear ever...i came here because i thought there was nice people who actually knew about dogs, but the only thing i get is someone telling me that i need professional help?...so far i have seen none, neither nice or people with knowledge on dogs...

There is no way to get my dogs attention unless you spank him lightly, so i came here thinking someone could actually help me finding some way to encourage my dog to go potty when he is outside, not indoors...
