My new rescue schnauzer does lift his leg, but the stream soaks his front legs. Any advice?

depending on the age of you'r dog he might have a hip problem, not allowing him to lift his leg high enough,
or if he's not fixed you might want to consider doing it, my dog used to have that problem but once we got him fixed he squats like a female, it worked for us, i'm not sure if it's a usual thing or not
