Dry nose? dirreah? behaviour? HELP ASAP

We have a new Siberian Husky pup.

we've had it for about a month or 2. The pup is a female, 5 months old. She always has a dry nose and frequent dirreah.

She is very active and very healthy in herself. We have never seen a dog with a constant dry nose. Why is this? Is she sick somehow?

No matter what we feed her she has frequent dirreah. Even when she was fed the same food as her previous owner. Whats wrong with her?

Her tail is always wagging so she is always happy. But she constantly whimpers and jumps around getting the 'puppy excitment' that she should have grown out of by now. She sits when she is being fed or told to sit. Other than that she is great. Our other husky is a male and was never like this. He is very trustworthy even off leash. He howls on que sits, shakes etc. Is it just a female thing? We have tried telling her no and ignoring her when she jumps and praising her when she sits but it seems to go in one ear and out the other. I know she is only a pup but we are seriouslly thinking she isn't a pure bred. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks. maxandbella
