Default Barks at door, but won't come in

I have a 10 month old border collie mix who up until 2 months ago had no problem coming in from the back yard when she was done playing/going potty etc., but now everytime she barks at the door to be let in she backs away. If I shut the door and ignore her for a couple of minutes (while she continues to bark) it still doesn't help. She has no problem with "Come" any other time (in the house, on a walk, etc). I will be up and down constantly trying to plead with her to come in. I thought about a doggy door, but I have 3 indoor cats who are very smart and could probably figure that out. Any suggestions as to how I can get her to come inside?

she is trying to get you to come out to play. she really shouldn't be left alone out there anyway.

do you take her on at least two 30 minute walks every day? BC's need a lot of exercise which they really don't get just being in the yard.

walk out side, hook her leash on & bring her in. or play fetch with her for 5 minutes.

Every morning we go on a 30 min walk before I go to work. Then on my lunch break I come home and play with her in the yard for 30 min. When I get home from work we play in the yard (usually fetch) for about an hour and then when my husband gets home we go for a 1 hour walk. After that (throughout the evening) when I let her out in the yard is when we are having the problem. I have a very large fenced in back yard that she can play freely in. I realized when I got her that Border Collies are very active and I knew she would need plenty of exercise. But I also have to do other things like cook and clean my house. My husband and I pay a lot of attention to her-she is our baby, but this is becoming very frustrating.
