We have a two year old male Yorkie he seems impossible to housetrain. We can walk him up and down our street he pees on everything and when we bring him in thinking he is through he hikes his leg and pees in the house. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

sounds more like marking to me. is he not neutered?

has he been checked for a UTI?

No he has not been neutered and has not been checked for UTI. Could that be the problem?

i have heard that neuturing the dog can help the problem...but yorkies are notorious for being hard to potty train. my cousins yorkie does the same thing...he pees on the same wooden beam in her house every day....to the point where she started calling it the pee pole. (her dog is not neutured)...
