Your dog is a puppy still, and teething I'm sure. Try keeping him in a dog crate when you are not home, and getting him an asortment of interesting toys to chew on. Kong has several chewy toys that you can hide treats in to encourage chewing on the toys and not other things. It keeps the dog busy so he doesn't get bored. Good luck!

that's sad... pls dont give up on him... try your best to teach him not to chew your things... if possible correct him whenever you see him doing it... and give him toys to distract him from chewing your things...
