Fear of novelty is not unusual in dogs, but at your dogs age, this would suggest an early socialization issue, if not a medical condition.

How are you reacting to her bouts of fear?

Introduce her to things little by little until she'll get used to it.

I suggest you take her to the vet to rule out any physical causes, like a problem with her vision and/or hearing, before you do anything else.

I would take him to the vet, and once you know it's nothing physical, you could get him out more as jacko said.

i also did what jacko advised and it really work... somehow introducing your pet to the things they are afraid of will make them less afraid of it...

What ever you dog is afraid of just put it in the middle of the room and eventually your dog will understand it wont do anything and there is nothing to be afraid of.
