Default dog accidents carpet only

I have a dog that ONLY has accidents on carpet. I have used many, many different cleaners to elimate the odors (nature's miracle, simple solution, urine off, etc.), so I really don't think it's a scent issue. She did this when we moved into our new house, and there were no old stains there (used a blacklight to check). Fortunately, only one room in the house has carpet. However, I was wondering if anyone had insight into this issue. I'd like to examine it by ruling out there are previous odors there. Even if there are, are there other reasons why a dog would do this?

Also, I have a new product coming in the mail. Anti Icky Poo. Anyone ever used it? It also comes with a product to remove previous products that were applied.

If you have any more cleaning suggestions other than what appears on the bottles of all these cleaners, I'm all ears.

Default Inexpensive solution

My vet told me to use original listerine diluted with water. He said that is what he uses in his office and his home, I tried it and it seemed to work. Plus it is a lot cheaper than the other things I've tried! Also doesn't leave that medicinal odor you would think it would leave.
