Daisys mum

Hi All
I wonder if anyone could give me a little advice please, I have a 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier who I rescued from a family about a year and half ago, she is affectionate ,good with kids, and is house trained.
My one problem Im having is she wants to go outside of a night and chase the cats and bark and then will ignore me when time to come in, I know its normal for dogs to bark but I dont want neighbours to complain, I have tried getting her attention with treat but thats not working now! any tips would be great thank you.
