Default My dog is trying to mate
Can anyone help me i have a 2 and a half year old labrador male and a 11 month old labrador bitch she had her first season about a month to 2 months ago now suddenly yesterday my male dog has started jumping on her back as he did when she was in season but she has not got a swollen vulva she is not bleeding but he is going crazy for her i don't understand.
and i am not spaying and neutering thanks

I think you should get your dogs spayed and neutered. Just my opinion.

i would just like to know why this is happening when she is not in season ? I cannot spay or neuter as these are both kennel club registered breeding dogs and will be bred once the bitch is old enough.
