Default Why do my dogs roll over and dance on the grass?

Whenever I take my dogs on a walk they will occassionally find a rough patch of grass and rollover and wiggle all over the place. It kind of looks like they are scratching their back because they are always smiling when they do it. I have also seen other dogs do this and have always wondered why?

Kinda looks like their dancing on their backs.

They are not only scratching their back, but leave their smell at this place of grass. So dogs are marking their patch in this way.
