Hi,

how have you trained your dog? Have you ever shaked its neck while saying NO?

Seen from your dog, infants does not have any position in a pack they are always seen as an omega the lowest level member of the pack with no rights.
Food is important to survive and the lowest pack member is getting food all the other members do not have?

Your dog can not understand the situation. So he thinks he has the right to snatch it. From his point of view he does everything right. No other human does it so it is food he can have, it is food for free...

By saying no you pushing him in a avoiding behaviour and what he has made for experiences with the word "no" seems not to be the best. So he can only react by an urin loss to show his obedience. He has fear of what will happen next.

Don't shout at him, say anything. Just jump between the child and the dog when he is going to snap the food, go backwards and look what's going to happen. Do it again when he tries the next time and when he looks at you he can have food of his own.
But he MUST come to you for it. Show him who in the pack conducts and disposes the food for the whole family incl. the dog!

Otherwise he can not understand our thiking of the world and maybe will change his behaviour in aggression against the child.
