Default Potty trained puppy is peeing in the house

Why is my potty trained (9mos) usually well behaved puppy suddenly peeing (and sometimes poops) in the house. I understand if she has puppy pudding, and is sick. But this is not the case. Please help

Question

First thing I'll ask is, is she fixed? If not, she could be becoming physically mature now and has the urge to mark her territory in your house. This is more common in males than females but it can certainly be an issue with females as well.

Any chages like a new pet, new schedual, etc around the time she started doing this?

This is a great question. There are dogs who can't handle changes, it will effect them. When did this start?

If there hasn't been any changes, then I would suggest she get checked by a vet. This includes bloodwork and a stool sample. A dog doesn't have to have the runs to mean there is something wrong with it.
