Hi,
when I take my pug out for walks, she's an attentive little ball of fur that makes sure she knows what is going on all around us. She isn't aggressive at all and loves meeting new people (but sometimes barks a few warnings at some if they manage to sneak up on us). She usually stops and watches people as they pass by, not wanting to walk until they're on their way. The other day she did something funny. She stopped, leaned forward (not pulling on her leash, more like aiming forward), lifted her paw, and did a pose like a pointer, aiming her attention towards two people walking to their car. It was so strange seeing a pug doing a pose I usually associate with hunting dogs. She lifts her front paw sometimes, but I'd never seen her so attentive while doing it, she really did look like a pointer. Has anyone else seen something similar in their non-hunting dogs?
