Hello there,my name is Beatrice and I have a huge problem,with my puppy who is 5 months old.
I bought him when he was 3 months old,he lived in a kennel with other dogs at a farm far from the city I live in.There he seemed to be happy and curious but when we arrived in the city he got really scared from the noises,when a car comes he sits down and wont move ore listen to me calling his name,when he does that I'm waiting for him to calm down and try to move forward,sometimes he will follow other times he refuses to move.He is a Visla or Hungarian short haired pointer.
I can't bring him to heel he's just too scared moves around panicked in zig zags I am very sad AI want to have an enjoyable walk with him,but this is not possible at the moment,what should I do to help him,will he be always this scared and fearful?

Please help me...
