Default Yelping and Barking Dogs / I Non Sleeper / Inconsiderate Dog Ownet

I have a neighbor, who has 4 dogs, 2 Corgy;s and 2 miniture greyhounds. Thats what a friend said they are. The 2 Corgys are out in the afternoon or evening. The Greyhounds are in the backyard, while the Corgys are in a fenced in porch.

The Corgys are out between 3 and 10pm each day, the Greyhounds start early, sometime as early as 4:30 am, the Greyhounds yelp, the Corgys have a low bark.

I have been extremely patient, I have asked this woman to control her dogs noise, and bowel movements. I cannot use my back yard for relaxing nor for entertaining. The yelping of her Greyhounds goes right thru the windows and I am awakened regularly.

The noise continues

When I first moved into this house, she would let the Corgys out in the afternoon, around 4 pm, they would wander around the neighborhood, and drop dog poop on everyones yard including mine. She would never bother to clean any of it up and I continually had her dog crap on my shoes. She has been doing better at keeping the dogs off my property, I am considering a fence but thats a big expense.

Regarding the noise, I did put up one of those things that is supposed to emit a ultrasonic noise to keeps the dogs from barking. This device is useless.

Suggestions ?

I'm really not sure what help we can be to you. If they were your dogs we could make suggestions but other than calling the authorities in your area or your landlord I don't know what can be done.

Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend. Inside a dog it's too dark to read!
