Default High prey drive in Boxer

Hi my one year old boxer has a high prey drive or at least that's what i am thinking i cant get him to stop running after and attacking my horses. The other day while they were grazing i let him out of the dog run to come into the house and he ignored all his recall training which he is good at unless he is after the horses. He jumped up and actually attached onto one of my older ones and left a mark inside the horses nose and side of is face. He thinks nothing of going after them while i am working them in the round pen. He has good manners except when he see's the horses any help would be appreciated.. i am running out of options and would hate to rehome due to this reason. I have had my horses a lot longer then i have had him, it's not fair to them to keep getting bothered ..
