We moved into a new house 1 week ago and my dad has been over here at our house since we moved in, almost every day. On Sunday he snapped at my dad 3 times in the backyard. Howler, my bloodhound, has never acted this way towards my dad. He has been in their home without us there and he has visited our apartment since we have had Howler, since he was 2 months and now he is 14 months. I don’t know what is going on with him.

We thought that maybe it was because he has Entropion and his eyes have been bothering him. But a repair guy just came to the house and the dog went crazy by the back door.

I can’t have my dog attacking my parents. I NEED HELP! Please someone suggest something!

The very first thing I would do is suggest you take him to the vet..get some bloodwork done to make sure there's nothing medically wrong with him that could be causing his behavior..Anytime a dog starts to show signs of aggression that it hasn't in the past the first thing to do is always rule out a medical cause.

If something is wrong medically you can do all the behavior modification and training you want and it won't do any good until the medical issue is solved.
