My seven month male Lhasa Apso Elliot
has decided that he does not want to leave the yard and go for a walk.
Something has happened on my street but I have no idea what.
Elliot does not go anywhere alone.
He will walk across the parking lot to the pet shop with no problem
I take him to a nursing home everyweek to visit my Mother no problem.
This breed is noted for being stubborn but this is a real problem.
He is too heavy now for me to carry him to the park

So you can't take him for a walk down your street? Is that what you're saying?
