I have a walker coonhound, named JoJo.

She's always been my buddy, she's only 1.5 years old. Everywhere I go, she goes. When I sit down, she's squeezed into the chair next to me. She also licks everything (carpet, furniture, people, the cat).

Here's my problem.

Husband just started working nights (he's gone away for days before and she's never done this).

Now, she's started obsessively licking my arm. And my blankets. But only the blankets if she cannot get to my arm. (She will lick my leg or feet, if they're exposed). But now she's started humping air along with licking my arm obsessively! She only started that within the last two to three days. She's NEVER done this before! (She went through heat in November, and even didn't do it! We do plan to have her fixed.)

She doesn't do this to my Husband. Only to me.

She has now taken up sulking and sitting at my feet and when I go to pet her she just looks at me like she's down in the dumps and then tries to move away from me. But in the same amount of time, she'll be smack dab right up against me licking my arm and humping air.

Can ANYONE shed any light on to what in the heck is going on?!
