Ok here's the Dachshund line up!

Moe Moe
8 Years old. Alpha Male. Was rescued when he was 3 and spoiled and usually wants attention and food and a warm place to sleep. Thats about all he does. No problems.

Pooh Bear
2 Years old. Alpha Queen. Has bitten people. I think she was trying to protect us or something (shrugs). Has had 2 litters of puppies. No health problems.

Oscar Myer
1 Year old. This is Pooh Bears son from her first litter. He is kinda dingy and was inbred by accident with Pooh Bear's Brother. He likes to play and romp around. Never has hurt anyone or anything. No Health Problems.

Moe Moe JR. (M.J.)
6 Months Old. This is Moe Moe and Pooh Bear's Baby. The Only survival (the other one was killed by another dog we had) He is not part of this problem but i thought I would mention him cuz he is so cute

Ok so here's the deal. Everyone was getting along till Pooh went into heat again. Well we wanted another litter of pups so we bred Moe Moe And Pooh together like last time. Only THIS time Oscar wanted in on the action. Pooh Rejected him all the time but accepted Moe. Well Moe started growling and fighting with Oscar. Oscar usually has him pinned to the ground by the time I get to them. and has drawn blood on Moe twice already. I have been keeping them apart. Usually crated alternatly through ought the day and Moe has been sleeping with me at night. I thought once pooh went out of heat that they would stop but that isn't happening now. Moe always starts it and Oscar could care less. Like this morning for instance I had both of them out and Moe sniffed of oscar but when Oscar turned around Moe started growling at him (shrugs)

Any suggestions on how to get him to stop this behavior?

P.S. Nutering and getting rid of them are out of the question.

There isn't a whole lot you can do. Oscar is of age where he is gonna want to be the new dominate male. Their going to keep doing that unless your in the room with both of them and has a jack russell he's now 3. When they first met they where buddies now they hate each other(both not fixed either). My dog stayed with my gramma for a few months while I was away and my aunts dog stayed their also. My gramma said the whole time all they both wanted to do was fight and they've know each other since they where little. Only when my gramma is around to monitor them will they not fight or else she gets out a spray bottle and hoses them down when they start. Unfortunatley this is gonna continue. Only solution is "nuter". Which I could understand that you might not want to do. But I think it's pretty much time for Moe to become nutered. You said he was 8 and that's quiet old. You don't want to breed a dog that's too old. It's not very healthy. Contact your vet and ask what he has to say about this (the dogs fighting)and whether or not it's healthy to keep breeding Moe at the age he is. :?:

Oh my God - why are breeding a dog who is barely a pup herself? You're girl is 2 years old and has had TWO litters already? Poor dog

Why is neutering out of the question?
