Hi! I am new to this forum. does anyone have any ideas for housebreaking a 12 week old fox terrier. He is my dad's pup and he is just not getting the concept of pottying outside. He will go outside and sniff around, play, just sit there...then he comes back in an pees in the floor. My dad is getting a little frustrated with this. I have suggested some things that worked for me with my beagles but the terrier just isn;t getting it. Need help! Thanks.

What methods are being used to housetrain him at the moment, and what other methods have you suggested?

I hate housebreaking pups. I think it's one of the most frustrating things you have to do and sometimes you get a hard to potty train pup. Yes what methods are you using? There are so many out there.
