Right I shall tell you my story.

One night I was over the park with my dog & something spooked her so she did a runner back home & crossed a main road & nearly got ran over & made a car crash ( I did try to catch but shes kinda to fast).

And when we got in she was being all wierd & not herself I guess she was just freaked out.

But ever since this incident she wil NOT go out in the dark if I walk her down to the park in the dark she just does a runner back home 'everytime' And I cant keep taking this risk due to the main road.

And Im getting worried because its going to be winter soon and its going to be getting dark about 3pm and she wont last without a wee or poo from 3pm to 6am in the monring.

So I need to break her out of this (safely) so I really want your advice on what to do.

it's kind of funny ---i thought i had a scardey dog-my dog is scared to go out when it is snowing-she is scrared to even look out the window-but when it stops she loves to play in it---she also gets scared when she hears birds in the trees --she is the only dog i have had that watches up in the air as planes and helicopters go over head--her tail between her legs-try different times of the day at the park untill she feels safe there good luck--stay out later each time
