Hello I bought a Saint Bernard from a local breeders here in Atlanta. She claims she would send m the papers in the mail she had at five other adult saint bernards in the yard at the time of purchase. I signed a contract saying she would supply me with papers. I have called and emailed her over the past eight months and every time she has an excuse; she either moved eveything in storage her husband truck was on fire, she sick, she fell etc. or my favorite I'll call you back. I'm really tired of all the excuses and games. What else can I do. I brought this dog for my daughter who wants to show her and she's been training her and the dog is really ready for the ring.
