 Bitch skipped season?
I am posting for a friend. I am afraid I didn't know what to tell her.
She has a bitch she wants me to breed, however did not go into heat. I then suggested that when my bitch went into heat that her dog come over and I would crate them together and that should do it! Well, it didn't!!!
I know her bitch has lost quite a lot of weight (I made her in order to breed her) and has been more active and thought that might affect it, but she didn't come into season...........she has had all the test needed in order to breed. She has never been breed and is closing in on four years old......she is going to have to happen soon or never. Any suggestions? (we have checked thryoid)
Any suggestions that we may not have thought about would be great. She is taking her back to vets today to re-check anything the vet thinks would be useful.
Oh, they are cavalier king charles spaniels
