I have an American Bulldog that is lactating and just all of a sudden has developed hives all over her body. I know my dogs are sensitive to changes in any of my cleaning products, so I have not changed anything. Anyone have any advice - I am currently waiting for my vet to open today to get an appointment, but I want to help my baby now!

It sounds like your dog may be having a false pregnancy. Is she spayed? I'm not sure about the hives though. Goodluck.
