I would like to see if there is anyone out there who could give me some advice or information regarding stud agreements. I recently bred my chihuahua and agreed to pick of the litter, my female only had one pup to live the other pup died and in my original papers that I signed I signed for the gal to have pick of the litter. she has called me none-stop since the pup has been born wanting to make arrangements at only 3 weeks to give the pup a shot, inwhich I believe at this age no one else should even be coming in around the pup. I told her at that time that the pup was too young to even discuss meeting or allow her to come over. I also now fear that this pup which is only 1 lb at 7 weeks old will only be bred over and over, as the owner of the dam is there a way that I can go back and limit the number of pups she welps from this dog? this lady has left SEVERAL voice mails that is very rude wanting to get the pup and it is not even weaned, does anyone have any advice?
