No, she does not appear to be pregnant, nor does it look like she's nursing a litter. If she is still nursing, within 24 hours of not being with her puppies she'd be full of milk, possible dripping milk. It would be easy to express milk from her nipples.
She appears to be a dog that has had multiple litters in the past, though. And probably had a litter within the last year. You do need to take her to your vet and have her spayed ASAP if you intend to keep her. She also probably needs to be wormed, and tested for heartworms before being put on heartworm preventative if heartworm is a problem in your area. And she needs vaccinations, especially rabies vaccination.
