Im not a fan of becoming heavy handed, If we are old enough to register on a forum and old enough to type, we are old enough to do some research before asking questions.
This forum, yes is for breeders, and or anything to do with breeding dogs, however it does not mean that it is open to ask the same questions over and over again.
I kindly ask that anyone posting in this forum, first do a search to see if you can find your answers on other threads. I can guarentee you if you question is along the line " of why wont they breed" or "I want to breed" you will find what the response will be just by reading past threads.
Keep in mind an open discussion forum, is NOT the place to gain your information on how to breed from. To do this properly you MUST begin your enquiry with your Vet or even the breeder you purchased your dog from. They can be good mentors for you if you wish to head down the breeding path.
If you do choose to post a question along these lines, be prepared for the fact that it may attract answers that you dont like to hear.
There is a very strong sense on I-love-dogs, that breeding is not done light heartedly or in a foolhardy manner, and a massive support for careful, thoughtful and well plotted approaches to a potential breeding pair.
If you read through the many threads here you will discover gut renching experiences of pet owners who have lost, or in some cases worse still, have to manage horrid medical conditions, indicating poor, hodge podge breeding.

Please watch the videos, if they tug at your heartstrings, if they make you feel some emotion, think before considering breeding. It is something that should be done with much thought, with plans on being equiped to take back any dog you have bred if the owners no longer want it, with the ability to care for the pups LONG term future.
If you can watch them and feel no emotion, or prevoke any thought, then you dont have the heart, the soul, the love to begin breeding in the first place.
