I have been working with a breeder for several years now. I have two new dogs both 1 year old. I was told verbally early on that they would be showed before they were 2 years old and that the male would be shown and confirmed before he started to spray. At first the communication was going well. She showed the male 1 time. For experience he got a first no points. They both need to be confirmed before they are mine. The last several times the breeder said she would show them and then failed to do so both times. I have asked twice since then to see when the next time would be. I have not gotten a response either time. I was also told she would take care of grooming because the breeder wants them to be stripped. This has not occurred either. The last time I set up a time to get them groomed she canceled.

I am getting frustrated and I wonder when the contract no longer is legally binding.

Your post really doesn't make a lot of sense. But even if it did, your question is one for an attorney, not a bunch of dog owners.
