Default Inverted Vulva-Genetic?

My female pup that I bred and is in her new home has an inverted vulva. She has problems urinating and has been treated with antibiotics for infections. I am now hearing that this is a genetic problem. I have researched and find there are different responses as to being genetic. Anyone here have had this problem? If so, did it heal itself with the first season? THANK YOU

Thanks for your response. What are the holistic methods you mentioned? Also, what is your knowledge of it being a "genetic" problem?
