Question How do reputable breeders advertise?

Hi all,
I was curious on how a reputable breeder advertises their services?
If you can take a moment to fill out the poll or post your comments, that would be GREAT!

It depends on the breed and what the breeder does with their dogs, such as in border collies lots from good breeders will go to agility/flyball/obedience homes as their lines are well know for those sports.

Some good breeders do still need to advertise lots use their own website, the kennel club website as well as sometimes free advertising sites, although its hard to pick out the good from the bad amongst those sometimes.

I admit that most of mine are on referrals or pre-arranged but at the same time there is no guarantee as to how many pups will be in a litter. With this I do use advertising occasionally. My previous litter of Papillons there was one more that was not pre-sold. By advertising I found a home for him in Canada. She was searching all over North America for one and found mine. I have looked at the AKC also since they will give me a discount in advertising with them when I register a litter.
