My friend just went through the same thing with her Rottie...her first litter went off without a hitch but this time it seemed like she was in labor and then wasn't...The Vet had her come in on the 65th day and he gave her a small dose of Oxytocin and then and then 2 days later had her come in for a bigger dose...She went into labor at around 2:30 in the morning after the second dose...I would keep calling the vet until you got a response....BTW,how old and what breed of dog is she?
