Hello I am new here to this board but thought this would be a good place to ask a question about dogs in heat..... I have a female french bulldog and her last heat cycle was sept 1st this year of course, we thought she would have went into heat again 6 months later but she never did but then we noticed about 4 days ago she started leaving drops of blood on the floor and when i looked at her again this morning you can see it dripping so i know very blunt Lol. were thinking this may be her heat starting now but she does not appear to be swollen at all at her valva is this normal? her last heat cycle she blead alot and was really swollen back there but then were not sure how many days into the heat she was when that happen last time
