Default How Does Your Dog Like Car Rides?

I know a lot of dogs love riding with their heads out the window, feeling the rush of air on their faces. (So why don't they like when somebody blows on their face?)
Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has a dog that doesn't like the car?

We don't have a car, we have a pick-up... Our adult dog rides in the back, peeking around the cab trying to see what's in front of us. The puppy rides in the cab with our daughter & he's too small to reach my window from the back seat. LOL.

My dog walks all over me as I drive. He hardly keeps still in the seat. Now that I think about it. He's been doing it since I picked him up from the shelter.

Mine like riding in the car, but they're not much for sticking their heads out the window.

I have two Rottweiler's and it is hard to get them both in the car. When they do get to go for a car ride one of the dogs ride in the front seat and the other is in the back. Both of the dogs have their head out the window. After I get back home I have to wash my car because it is covered in dog drool.

It would have scared me, so I'm sure your dog did get a little scared too. Good thing she's not hurt though.

My dogs LOVE car rides! I don't let them stick their heads out the windows. I've heard that's not good for them. So I don't let them do that. They still like to go for rides though.

My dog loves to ride in the car it just she gets car sick so if we are going on a trip I will take her food away the night before so that she does not get car sick.

Our 70 lb dog LOVES the car....and he will trample you...which is bad because his paws really hurt since he's so dang big.
I have ALWAYS wondered why on EARTH they like sticking their heads out the window and getting wind blown up their muzzle at 50 miles per house, but not when someone blows in their face! That is SO weird LOL So glad I'm not the only one that noticed that hheehee
