does anyone give there dog an elaborate birthday parth, I give my going to be 7 year old dog one every year, and this year i want it to be alittle different, we usally have several dogs, friends and family over every year, some years we collect things to give to the local humane society, some years people bring her gifts, any new suggestions it is coming right up

We don't usually give our pet a dog birthday party.Instead we treat her to her favorite foods. I don't even know how to organise a dog party. Can you suggest on what to do? I might give it a try someday.

I haven't done much for Phoebe's birthdays except I do buy her a dog cookie from the dog bakery. She LOVES those.

There is a bakery out her called "Ma and Paws". They get a puppy pizza with there name and age spelled out in bones...It's pretty cool. And then I always take them to their favorite place - anywhere there is water!

snowwhite---here is some suggestions, we usually send out some sort of themed invitations, last year it was 101 dalmations, we have big pools of water, and plenty of treats, we give out treat bags at the end of the party, we have "pupporoni" on a string game and musical sit where each winner gets a prize, we have the bakery make a special cake with her picture on it and invite all of her doggie playmates, we have the party in a fenced in yard so all the dogs have plenty of room, she opens presents and wears a birthday hat, we take plenty of pictures and enclose them in the thank you cards we sent out after

We've never had a party, but it is a doggie pampering day on the birthdays, as far as special toys and treats!

Same here, I dont remember ever giving a birthday party for our pet dog, but that's a cool idea, might try it one day. Our 'chuchu' loves to walk in the park, that's what we usually do, boy, you can see him enjoying it a lot to see some fellow doggies there and kids playing with their "bestfriends".

I've never given Rocky a party. But I do give him a gift during his birthday month since I don't know what day he was born.
