I bath my dog once a week we walk her but she only smells good for maybe one day and then she stinks again has anyone here having this problem if so what did you do for it and why does she stink so bad. I keep her cage clean also.

You could try using a shampoo that says "long lasting scent" on the bottle. Also, PetSmart sells groomers cologne that you spray on the dog to keep ot smelling fresh. I don't know what kind of fur your dog has, but I know Yorkies need bathed twice a week or more (at least the ones I've seen) because their skin is oily & their fur is more like our hair than other dog's fur & it gets really oily & can stink pretty bad. Try getting a shampoo for oily skin. Just some suggestions.

I hear that dog care can be tricky sometimes but I have heard that a lot of people have had great success with the long lasting smelly bath soap that was mentioned. I have never heard of cologne for dogs though LOL

You are not alone. Two days after a bath, Rocky goes back to his regular doggie scent. lol
