When someone says something ignorant or say something they *think* is funny about your pet?

Yes I do. I had a party and my late doggie, Blackie was in attendance of course. Well, someone said he was the ugliest dog they've ever seen. I told them I'd rather wake up to his face in the morning before I'd want to see yours. Needless to say, they didn't have another thing to say.

I do sometimes. It depends on what they say & how they say it. I usually don't have bad things said about my dogs though. Everyone I know likes them.

I guess it irritates me more than anything. It is usually the comments about the dog and my daughter. Whats the big deal!! So what, he's a big dog. People mostly look at me like I'm insane. He is such a sweetheart.

I've been annoyed at some people's comments about my pets.

I just consider the source - I prefer the company of the pets to some people.

I really don't get mad but there isn't that many people who gets oround our dog she is mostly just around us.
