I would pick the Animaniacs. Wait, I'm not entirely sure if they are dogs! I think I'd go for 2 Stupid Dogs. They are cute and funny.

It has to be Scooby Doo for me. I grew up watching the old cartoon series and can remember racing home to watch them. The best point I feel is that everyone knows of him with the recent new cartoon series and films even if the films weren't up to that much.
