I heard these are bad for your dog. When I was younger we always would give our dogs those and they never hurt them--in fact all of our dogs lived to be around 18-20 years old.

Ever since I have heard that they aren't good--I have stopped giving them to my dogs and my mom has too to her dogs--I just don't know what is bad about them? I never heard the reasoning behind it besides "they aren't good for them"?

Anyone know anything about this? They are sold EVERYWHERE.

I haven't heard a reasoning either. I guess I figured it was just like snack food for humans...not healthy but (in moderation) aren't lethal, either.

Really these are bad for dogs I have never heard this I don't give these to my dog cery often but I do sometimes.

I've never heard that they're bad for dogs. I give them to my dogs all the time for treats. They're supposed to be really good for their teeth. I've never had a dog get sick from them or anything.

Yes this is what I do I give them to my dog for treats also.

Just don't give them to them as a main food. Bones are really good for keeping their teeth clean. I just don't give them to my dogs because their mouths are too small.

We have always given the dogs we grew up with milkbone,as well as at the office/kennel we give them milkbone.AND I give them to my rats as well.None of us who use them ever had problems with them.

I only heard once they were not good,but it was from a women who tends to lie for attention,so I never believed her and since I never heard anyone else ever say this,I ignored her.
